Planders processes your personal data when you use our services and/or when you provide this information to us yourself. This includes, among others, the following data: First and last name, Address details, Phone number, Email address.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

We do not collect any special personal data, such as information concerning race or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, criminal record, physical and mental health status, or sexual orientation of visitors. If necessary, we will ask for your explicit consent to collect and use such data.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

Planders processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Processing your payment
• Sending our newsletter and/or mailings
• Being able to call or email you if necessary to carry out our services
• Informing you about changes to our services and products.

Automated decision-making

Planders does not make decisions about matters that may have significant consequences for individuals based solely on automated processing. This concerns decisions made by computer programs or systems, without the involvement of a human being (such as an employee of Planders).

How long we keep personal data

Planders does not keep your personal data for longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following categories:

• Contact forms: up to 6 months after submitting the form. Reason: to be able to make contact and send information in response to the form.
• Job application forms: up to 3 months after submitting the form. Reason: necessary for the application procedure.
• Requests and registrations for a training: up to 12 months after the information request and/or registration. Reason: contact, registration and sending of information before or after, and if applicable, the creation of a waiting list.

Sharing of personal data with third parties

Planders does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Planders remains responsible for these processing activities.

Protection of childrens' privacy

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify if a visitor is over 16 years old. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks at the latest, to your request.
