Jasmijn is a lively, committed, and eager learner who approaches conversations with an open attitude. She gets a lot of energy from jointly tackling (change) issues. With a broad analytical view, she tries to first ask the right questions and listen carefully before thinking about a solution. Where does the need for change come from and what do you need for it? We are all consciously and unconsciously engaged with this.
Jasmijn aims to follow this approach in her work as a junior consultant at Planders, where she wants to help organizations and individuals as best she can with their issues, tailored to their specific needs. She plans to achieve this by bringing together different perspectives to determine what is necessary to effect positive change or to even identify what the desired change is.
