Project Management Officer

In your role as Project Management Officer, you support the project or program managers of Planders or the client in everything that comes up and fulfill an advisory role. You are involved in all aspects of the projects. You assist in setting up processes and their digital support.

This can include facilitating process improvements or implementations, for example. The change projects you will be working on are very diverse, and you will have the opportunity to use your expertise to make improvements. You create order, insight, and overview, fulfilling one of the most important roles in the project team.

Why is this position fit for you?

We are looking for a PMO professional with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and demonstrated work experience in project support and administration. You are familiar with project management methodologies such as Prince2, IPMA, Agile/Scrum, P3O, etc. You have obtained certifications or are open to obtaining them. You thrive in chaotic environments and enjoy bringing order to chaos. In addition, you are the type of person who believes in "prevention is better than cure" and you are strong in your communication with stakeholders.
